Action Based Change

Therapy that helps you move forward.

Therapy for Children, Adolescents & Teens

I offer therapy for neurodivergent children, adolescents and teens ages 5 and up that supports balanced behaviors and creates action-based change.

Therapy for Parents & Families

I partner with you to support the challenging situations and behaviors that keep showing up while parenting your neurodivergent child, adolescent or teen, and would love to help you and your family on this journey.

Therapy for Young Adults & Older

My passion is to support neurodivergent individuals towards finding their way while helping them live authentically and with intention.

Nicole Gurash, Psy.D., BCBA

I am a Licensed Clinical Behavior Analyst specializing in Pediatric, Adult, Couples, and Family Therapy. I hold a Doctorate in Clinical Psychology and have Post-Doctoral Psychotherapy training in Marriage and Family Therapy (MFT). I also received a Master’s in Early Childhood Special Education. I have extensive experience supporting neurodivergent individuals and families living with autism spectrum disorders (ASD), anxiety, ADHD, Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD), challenging behaviors, trauma, and mood disorders. Essentially, this means I have been working in this area for a long time and I get the “big picture” while also simplifying your situation to help you get “unstuck” and moving forward. I look forward to joining you on your journey towards behavioral wellness.

Dr. Nicole Gurash of ABC Behavioral Services

I am balanced & direct.

I pride myself on keeping my private practice small so I can be available and responsive to you outside of our times together. If you call or email me, I will get back to you the same day.

I provide individualized care.

Therapy is engaging, positive, fun, and interactive. Data is collected on goals to ensure progress. You will leave each session with tips, tools, and an action plan for home.

I am collaborative.

Teamwork is my goal. With your permission, I will collaborate with doctors, teachers, coaches and anyone involved in you or your child's care to ensure we are all working together.
