Thank you for visiting my private practice. My work centers around helping neurodivergent individuals and families move forward to living their best lives. I elevate and individualize psychotherapy using trauma-informed best practices proven by research to address complex emotional and behavioral concerns. I also enjoy partnering with parents and caregivers to support the family unit. My goal is to compassionately support positive behavior change while restoring peace to the family and helping those I work with live a life they value.
“You are imperfect, you are wired for struggle, but you are worthy of love and belonging.”

Whether you need a safe space to process the journey of parenting, manage the added stress, or are looking for support with advocating for your child, I can help. I offer individual therapy and coaching for parents to help you and your family. I am also available to collaborate and consult with other professionals, therapy teams, and schools.
Relationships & Couples
Do you feel like you are struggling with the important relationships in your life? Whether you are stuck in unhealthy communication cycles, spiraling further away from feeling connected, or struggling to stay on the same page with those you care deeply about, I can help. Relationship therapy is a safe place to explore communication styles, identify areas of growth, and gain insight on new ways to connect with your loved ones in a safe space. I am passionate about supporting partners through the relational impacts of navigating life while parenting, going through a divorce, blended families, processing grief, and living with chronic illnesses.
